Behind every extraordinary design is an exceptional team. Our multicultural background not only enriches our creative process but also enables us to deliver designs that transcend borders and redefine luxury.
Dr. Lydia Okodogbe is a powerhouse in various industries. She heads Eleo Design International Limited and Van’Kourt Resources, a construction company, A French trained fragrance designer among others, showcasing her expertise in luxury building products, construction, and facility management. Her educational background in Interior Design from renowned institutions adds depth to her 20+ years of experience in the industry, where she’s executed diverse projects globally.
Breaking barriers, she became the first Nigerian associate member of the British Interior Design Association.
Beyond business, Lydia champions women’s rights and education, earning recognition as an Outstanding CEO in Nigeria and being acknowledged as a mentor to youth. Her commitment extends to empowering women through employment and representation. Notably, she founded Speak Out, a nonprofit dedicated to women and children’s mental and physical health issues, shedding light on crucial societal issues.
Dr Lydia is a certified International peace mediator and was appointed as an international peace ambassador by the UNITED NATION – POLAC.
She’s been highlighted in prestigious lists, emphasising her impact and excellence in her field.
